ChefD started FiredUp as a pop-up outdoor restaurant that focuses on grilling casual Canadian comfort food with good old-fashioned wood fires!
The summer of 2021 was a blast... AND, because it was so successful we are doing it all over again in 2022!

Freshly Grilled Burgers
There is nothing quite like a freshly grilled burger from FiredUp. You can't go wrong with our mouth-wateringly good burgers. The smoke from the grill gives them a unique, simply delicious flavour that is nearly impossible to replicate! We only use fresh ingredients so your meal will be unbeatable and ready when you want it - no need for patience here because we're FiredUp about service.
Wood Fired Pizza
Our Pizzas are cooked in a wood-fired oven, which gives them a crispy crust. The toppings are fresh and simple so that the flavour of the dough and the smoke from the fire can come through in each and every bite!
Mouth-Watering Fries and Poutine
Our fries are cooked in beef tallow which makes sure they are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. For those who want something extra special, we also offer cheese curds and ChefD's signature gravy which make the ultimate Poutine experience!
Ice Cream
FiredUp by ChefD is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious Ice Cream. The ice cream is made from high-quality milk and cream, and the flavors are rich and decadent.

About Us
ChefD wanted to design something special so that his staff and customers can soak up the sun during our beautiful Canadian summers. So he created Fired Up, an outdoor dining experience that featured wood-fired burgers and pizza.
